I've found the one on their website......but either it doesn't work, or whatever computer jockey uses that account doesn't check it/respond to it.

Yeah...thanks. But, certain things I like to have "in writing".......because I've had too much experience with companies saying "no one here would have told you that, and if they did they were mistaken." So...writing is good for me, so I always have a hard record.

The did respond however.......and you're right, they are very nice and helpful.
