The seat memory on the driver's side of my 06 Tc broke. Actually, it's just the slider that rides in the track located just above the inboard seat track is what broke. I went to Toyota to get a part, and their parts catalog doesn't break down into that detail. You have to buy the whole seat frame, to the tune of $700.00!

Does anyone know where I can get just get the slider?

you could probably try a junk tc???? buy the seat off them and just tear it apart yourself....

 

Oem parts are too expensive, just get one from a junkyard, ebay or get some corbeaus, brides or (insert brand name here).

 

soooo, that's how much that thing costs. Mine broke in the same place, it started by getting stuck and not letting the seat slide back. I gently sat on it and KICKED THE ___ OUT OF IT and it moved. Long story short it broke.

Seems kind of ridiculous that you have to buy a whole seat in order to just get one little part. I suppose it's easier for the manufacturer (keeps the parts count down), but not too friendly for the consumer. Guess I'll go hunting the junk yards.
