The grille should have been black or the lower grilles should match it. The bugs seem to love the color yellow, every time I look it is covered with gnats and they are no where else around. The exhaust sounds good, the sill plates look great. First mod should be the tails. I put a set of Black TYC Altezza style tails in and they are a major improvement. Which brings me to one of my few complaints about my xB. I find the speedometer marking (20, 40, 60...) to be hard to read and potentially hazardous to my driving record. I don't know how many times I've found myself thinking I was going 45 and then realized that I was going 50 because I misread the marks on the speedo. If I'm concentrating on reading the speedo it's no problem, but that reading the speedo shouldn't be taking up that much attention while driving.

The speedo pictured above is how Toyota should have done it. Make the numbers a bit smaller and label every 10MPH.

I wouldn't even mind if they had it top out at 100 and spread the scale out a bit. Nobody uses the 100-120 part of the speedo for anything but taking ego photos.

There is something worse than the Scion numbering system, though. A few years back some speedos were numbered 5, 15, 25, 35... Now _that_ was silly!

I don't know, I kind of like the wheels. When mine gets here I'm going to go with the 5Zigen FN01R-C wheels in black with the polished lip. Thanks for getting this pic up and letting me see what it'll look like.

What do you think, 17's or 18's with a 2" drop?

Oh yeah, you need to get rid of the black on the pillars... I think that would look a lot cleaner.

What's wrong with using odd numbers. I did this one just to see how it would be. I've had it in my car for 2 weeks and love it. Most the speed limits on are on the 5s. There's absolutely no mistaking what speed you are doing with these.

The projectors are awesome on the solar yellow. I put them on my BSP and I think they really complete the package.

Any info. on how to clear out the rear TYC taillights. I'd be interested if I could find out how.

I can't imagine how you would do it to the TYC's.
I think the TYC's look awesome as is.

yea they look good!

I was talking about the lil red corners on each side of the box, not the tails. I have seen them smoked, which would look better then the damn red, but then your not legal anymore. :tap:

I'm pretty sure he just took out the rear side red ones and put white ones in their place.

I also agree the TYC do look great on a box... a Solar Yellow... even better.
