I usually don't do this, but fmtc4ever was supposed to ship me out a TRD shift knob for $25. He deleted the thread so I have no proof of the actual sale. However, I do have the following PM and paypal invoice. I paid with a confirmed shipping address and indicated the same confirmed shipping address in the invoice note. So after Wednesday came around, the knob still wasn't here. He failed to provide tracking only until I filed a claim with PayPal. He supposedly sent it out via USPS with the following tracking number http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum=9101%207850%209140%201676%200146%2019. Now tell me where the discrepancy is... Just wanted to warn you about fmtc4eve aka Marco Muralles. I've sent him multiple emails and PM's regarding this issue and he ignores me. I know it's a measly $25, but I expected this knob in return!

I guess it took this thread because he is now responding to me. He does not want to get banned from this forum. He owned up to his mistake and promises to refund once PayPal is done reviewing the case. However, this thread will still be up until I actually get my refund!

It appears that this member is noticing the problems he has caused. He is demanding that I close this thread, but wth would I do that now??? He's also being really shady by telling me that I have money in my account when there isn't. How dumb am I, obviously not.

Hey man I was noticing you having problems with Marco muralles, I just wanted to being yo your attention that he has another screen name that he goes under on scionlife because I just sold him dome vrd fogs and he was so quick to open up a paypal case on me he ____ed me off but yeah isn't having multiple SL names cause for a ban I know it's him because his name and paypal is the same but his screen name was HBFMtC. I think what he's doing is wrong and all the stupid people should get out of SL.

He responds to my emails and in fact, he has been quite annoying. He said he'd be willing to send a money order out, but the claim is already escalated with PayPal so I'll just wait for the case to settle.

This guy is terrible... He ripped me off for a set of Skunk2 lowering springs when I was new to SL. I was inexperienced with buying things privately and he convinced me to send payment as a gift, said he forgot to get the tracking number, time elapsed then he said the package was returned because I gave him the wrong address (not true at all), he claimed to re-ship it and for the second time was unable to get a tracking number. Haven't heard from him since...

Just by looking at his posts, he goes into people's FS threads and outcries how high prices are and then offers low ball prices. It's ridiculous!

i had a similar issue with fmtc4ever. i paid that A.$$ clown 175 for some dc sport headers that he kept saying where on their way. 2 months went by and i never got a thing. he kept sayin the address i was givin him was wrong. i really couldnt do anything since i was in iraq at the time. im surprised hes not kicked off this site with this many people getting ripped off with the same bs story he plays.

So update on the case, got an email (see below), and I did not get any money back

This is exactly why I only use my credit card on paypal! You can call the credit card company and dispute the charge, then your credit card company goes after the dude and you get the money back in 4 days. Its great. Paypal just takes too long to get things done.
