Default anyone else having leakage issues?

so its been raining quite a bit for this time of year in SoCal, and i do alotta freeway driving so you learn to tune out the noise of water splashing(mostly in the rear.) but when i get off the freeway i the noise continues and kinda turns to a swishing noise, it had to go two days before i could check because of work. when i finally get a chance to look i come to find a pond in the bottom of my trunk, below the spare tire! i gut everything, trim-seats-any paneling and find everything soaked including the foam of my seats! the water appered to come from the inside of the wheel wells. need to find some kind of sealer now... home depot here i come

i just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this tho, ive been hearing it quite a bit within the scion brand- particularly the Tc.

i thought it was odd too, doesn't seem like Toyota quality. idk if it was a bad weld or what.

The floors of my back seats used to get soaked, along with the backs of the front seats. I decided mine was coming from the sunroof not closing properly, so I got it fixed and it seems to have fixed the problem, although it hasn't rained a ton since then.

If it's coming from the wheel wells I believe those are covered under warranty.

there were 5+ gaps/wholes. two in the wheel wells then a couple random spots. but is the warranty still good after 7years and 180K miles?
