Default canister or oval muffler? HELP ME!

Ok guys and girls, I need some info and some help. Here's what I'm looking to do: Custom axle back exhaust with the stock resonator in place into 1 of the 2 following magnaflow mufflers. 1 is oval the other is a 6" canister. I want the sound to be noticed around town under acceleration, but I still want to be able to hear my music with the windows up while cruising, and I would like the sound to die out some on the freeway at around 3.5-4K rpm's. Which of these 2 do you think would be my best bet? Would the oval be too quiet? Would the canister be too loud? I'm not sure which one is right for me. They are both about the same price so that isn't a factor, and I'm set on running it as an axle back with the stock reonator. Any info on which one to choose would be a huge help, thanks a lot everyone!!!

Rice has nothing to do with just the muffler , all depends on piping size , brand/style of muffler , resonator size / style .

I say go with the oval. I'm not a fan of canister style mufflers.

canister if fine with the right setup. but ovals are usually quieter as the design has more bends and turns inside

Go w/ an oval. Canisters w/ large cores and short internal resonators makes for the "Honda" sound.
