I've checked for shorts, none.
Checked for ground issues, none.
Popped open the manual found the fuse needed to be replaced, replaced it and nothing!

I replaced the RAD fuse in the engine bay as well as the 7.5 acc fuse in the interior, I'm out of ideas!!

Any assistance will be appreciated.

 

Another thing I noticed is, this seems to happen when I use my turn signals. This is the second time the fuse has blown. Both times it blew once I initiated the turn signal.

I took it to Toyota the first time paid for the diagnostic, ended up losing a day and $150 for a fuse replacement.

I just took disconnected the cig lighter in the center console & now the radio/side mirrors work. Anyone else have this issue?

 

nope but you will need to find what is causing the overload...just removing the cigarette lighter is only a temp. fix....but at least it works.
