I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find a few yards in black?

Real alcantara suede is not cheap or easy to find, last time I checked. Most fabric stores do have a faux micro-suede product that looks very similar but at a fraction of the cost. I just can't remember the name for it right now.

Okay, first off Alcantara is not sold by the yard, it's sold by the hide or the sq. foot.
Second, it's not very car friendly, it doesn't like hand's touching it (body acid) or food. You'd be better off just buying the good faux suede for 20$ or less or 80$ a yard like I did.

And where do you get it? Plus every place sells material differently and I found red alcantara being sold... By the yard

Also when you say by the hide are you referring to a cow or animals hide? Because alcantara is synthetic NOT from a cow or any other animal. There is actually a full site describing it's impressive attributes.

haha, if it's selling by the yard is isn't REAL Alcantara. Give me your zip code and I'll find a place you can suede from.

I went to the website... but what the hell is this stuff? Is it kinda like leather? Website says you can use it on anything but what do you really use it for?

I could have googles it I just thought you knew of a decent place like a chain such as joanns with the material there. I've already checked some fabric stores but they did not have any. I think I might just have to order it online
