I will have to see this with my own 2 eyes. Dunno how this was done maybe he has a light bulb going out? xbbox 01-30-2011, 12:33 PM Front, side, and rear on mine all blink at the same time. If one bulb is burnt, that side will blink faster. They're all wired together. kidxtrue 01-30-2011, 01:41 PM no it wasnt burned out and it wasnt blinking faster, it was like he moded it. i know i didnt believe it either at first i was like wtf, thats y i came to the forums for that one, but basicly i think he just did sum wiring adjustments. cuz it looked like it was factory but i know it wasnt. kidxtrue 02-01-2011, 08:59 AM does any1 else know anything about this? Hannibal 02-01-2011, 03:44 PM Almost sounds like he put in LED lights in his blinkers and did not install resistors or get a new flasher. I have the switchback LEDs in my front blinkers but installed a new flasher so they would not hyperflash. Check out here.... http://www.v-leds.com/BlinkerWarning-Fix/c132273/ kidxtrue 02-01-2011, 05:01 PM wait so is it possible for me to do it to my side blinkers? lol cuz i have a 2011 xb daneisthegreatest 02-01-2011, 05:09 PM It's bad for the LEDs though to run them like that, they will burn out much faster than normal. I have a first gen xB and I wired my side markers to stay on all the time and they blink opposite of my other blinkers, it's pretty cool actually. kidxtrue 02-01-2011, 05:31 PM see thats something that i want to do lol, i want my xb to b the unique one in my city :D and i think they look dope when the lights stay on/blink differently(not with a bulb out lol) daneisthegreatest 02-01-2011, 06:58 PM There's a thread in the tech section saying how to do it to gen 1 xB's, don't know how that would compare to a gen 2 or anything since I have never seen one up close in person. But you can draw ideas off it. Look for it in there. I will post a link to it when I get to a computer. kidxtrue 02-01-2011, 09:15 PM thanks |
