tc oem fog light installation

I forgot to install the 8 metal clips when putting in the fogs

and am curious is it alright as is without clips? ( dont want them falling out when driving on highway or anything )

I had the OEM fogs and it fell out on the highway because some clips were broken.

So, you need the clips.
