FrankenScion 03-12-2005, 01:30 PM I like my TRD muffler. It has a good low sound. But I don't have any experience with any other mufflers. jct 03-12-2005, 08:17 PM i went with trd muffler due to its an easy bolt on taking the old muffler off is a pain in the sack!!! 45 minures take off time and 15 minute install time or less Womenlover 03-18-2005, 03:38 PM Thx for the feed back now i am looking to buy a trd Muffler does any one have used trd muffler for sale hotbox05 03-18-2005, 05:53 PM Probably alot of people they dont give much hp. TheScionicMan 03-18-2005, 06:26 PM None of the axlebacks really do give much hp. I think appearance and sound are the important factors. Installation of an axleback is pretty much the same, TRD or not. The round canisters will give a hgiher note generally than an oval. Also, beware of local laws/ law enforcement. I don't know about NY, but here in CA some peeps are getting a hard time for ones that are loud (or even loud looking) I've got the magnaflow made for the automatic by Precisionmuffler.com Nice low note and looks good too. Doesn't drone at freeway speeds like some of the round ones... |
