Default ODB II

I got a the only scan tool i could find within a 100 miles of here and i need to check my stft and ltft but it the only time it shows a freeze frame is when the check engine light is on. Any one got an idea of how to purposely cause a check engine light without having to go on a 20mile trip and without affecting any Air/Fuel or vac?

If your checking your trims for fuel tuning then you need a different scan tool. You need one that can read live datastream to be able to see the changes in your ltft/stft. Freeze frame just tells you what your car was doing when the check engine light came on to help diagnoise the problem. Pretty worthless if your purposly tripping the CEL cause you already know what the problem is.
