So i'm planning to ta ke the tc to the stealership because of a grind when I shift to third gear. I dont think is the clutch because it shifts fine aside from third> Any advice?

Also, i heard that if I take it for warranty and they see my intake the warranty will not be honored. Does any one here have a complete airbox for sale? Is this true. Thanks

You have a tC1 or tC2? I think you might be in the wrong section. In any case, an intake won't void your warranty on your transmission.
