High performance throttle body, eh? How do you expect this to work?

It would definetly be a performance enhancer since I have already done the following modifications...D C Headers AEM Cold Air Intake and MagnaFlow Cat Back Exhaust. It should assist in pushing more air into the intake

So, is it a larger diameter bore? That's only going to work if you have larger diameter intake plumbing.

thats what i say

so long as you dont change the pipe size at the MAF your fine...

and the pipe size at the MAF is bigger than the TB anyways..

How much would you be willing to spend on a new intake and throtle body? I was thinking about having one fabricated, but if there is enough interest I could have a couple made and it would drop the price. Please PM me if you're interested and let me know what you think a reasonable price is.

I'd be more than willing to have dyno runs done and posted if there really is a market for it.

current mods are DC Headers,

How many DC Headers are you running? :lalala: :lalala: :lalala:

Anyone "optimize" their TB yet? I did it on my old car .
Just remove one of the sandwich plates, grind down the other (so it's flat instead of rounded) on the TB plate and counter-sink the screws. It was dyno'd at 2whp (on a 180whp engine).
It may not be worth many hp on our cars, but it only costs time. :)
