Default Fujita ram intake upgrade-Done.. but now I have rattles

Just did a spring cleaning of the car, wash, wax, and engine detail.
I also just installed Fujita Ram intake. Install took about 40 minutes and gotta say the intake sounds great! Definitely can feel the difference.
Added some pics of before and after and threw in a pic of my car with its new shoes on too!

Default intake rattles

i'm havin issues with rattles. i noticed the air filter is touching the brake fluid res. I felt the brake pedal vibrate while idling.
I'm gonna recheck everything tomorrow morning. Also I think i'm having the issues with the MAF sensor rattling. Is there a trick to help with this?

thanks
