Does any of our xB 1st Gens by any chance be riding on 15 x 8 wheel with a 25 offset......or 15 x 7 35 offset.....it is gettign close to new wheel time.

15 x 7 25 is something to try even......im a well trying to find the best amount of nasty I can push and still drive and not have to buy tires every 45 days...lol

will have to make my way over and try them on sooner or later......

Brian, My new Enkei's are 15 x 8 +25

 

Those look tight Steve......very nice.....it is a weird spacement in the fenders in the yaris......I think it can take a lot bigger wheel with more offset than most have tried....25 with a 8 inch rim might work too...bet the rear it would for sure.

Yep.....he is on coils,he is one of the few who have pushed the limits of wheels on the yaris....he had 10" wheels on there at one point......he has been a great help on gettign me some sizes hat will work to try....that Yaris is also in Seattle....so if you see it wave...his screen name is Saggio and he owns a Subie tuning shop or something....

Rear 15 x 8 25 offset tire will be 205/15/50 or 55 not sure which yet
Front 15 x 7 35 offset tire will be 195/15/50

I will have some issues rubbing,may need to roll the fenders under a little.....but like Will always says.....If it don't rub you didn't do it right....and honestly I beleive that....

By summers end as long as my money stays right.....I am gonna visit Cliff and do bags,camber shims,and camber bolts for the fronts....that way I can raise the height for daily driving and for shows pull up and dump it on the frame and roll out on the ground .....lol

Josh nonmindo has first dibs on my currant wheels and tires....which I need to sell in all actuality to buy the tires for the new wheels....lol

thanks....I figure I may as well push the limits....and also if it is not flush enough hub spacers will get it there.....not sure how much camber to run,I do a lot of highway driving and that would tear them up fast....I mean I drive like 30000 miles a year...so anyhting less than 6 months on a set of tires is gonna suck....as least they are cheap in those sizes....

 

I did some wheel math......and the 8" rim is only gonna stick out 1/4" father than the front 7" rim....which is perfect,not gonna cause steering issues that way,the car oversteers enough now....lol

Yep a bagged Previa would be fun to build....I remember when they came out,the group home I was in had one before we stole it one night......it drove very well.....ran good....till that curb jumped out and then the gardrail commited suicide on the side of the van.....lol

We got in a fair amount of trouble for it,I only got a few days in juvi but man it was stupid....I need to pay back that poor van and make one sexy
