Default Tail Lamp Relay?

So my inspection is due this month and the only thing I'm worried about failing for is my lack of front parking lights. I checked all of the fuses and everything and after reading the service manual came to the conclusion that I need to replace the tail lamp relay. Only problem is I have no idea which relay is the tail lamp relay, I'm assuming it's in the dash. Does anyone know for sure?

front parking lights? i was a state vehicle inspector for tx and never failed anyone for no front parking lights. as long as the headlights and highbeams work as they're supposed to, you shouldn't fail an inspection...

I've been thinking about it and it might not even be the tail lamp relay I just don't know where else to look. Well it's also the side markers that are out, and even if I don't need them I'd still like for them to work. I'm not sure if they went out before or after I switched from 06 to 08 headlights and installed hid's. But I would really like to get the problem fixed. Does anyone have any ideas?

I wish I could at least find the tail lamp relay to test it but i haven't found a single website listing it's location.
