I noticed my wiper insert sliding out during the first big snow we got recently. When I stopped into the service dept at KJ Scion, they didn't have any new blades. They helped me rig the insert and I ordered a new blade.
Welp. I washed my car a couple of weeks ago and noticed a few NASTY wipe marks above the windshield. I called KJ Scion ready to raise caine. I eventually got ahold of Bill Banta who had me bring my car in. Tonite I'll be dropping my RS 1.0 off for them to fix the paint and replace the windshield. I didn't even mention the windshield!
It's a great comfort to know that customer service still exists some places. Especially for a car that was so inexpensive.
