alright guys, i took some photos yesterday.. I want to thank 2tCornot2tC for the awesome DIY, it was more simple then i thought and being a noob. I took some horrible pictures but i hope it helps everyone... if this becomes a sticky or something please stick the photos along with 2tCornot2tC's post. All the credit goes to 2tCornot2tC. Any questions, you should probably ask him..

Alright, here's my quick diy/pictures.

What you need.
- 10mm socket
- 18-20 gauge wire (do not use the size i have in the pictures, my wire was extremely difficult to tap in to. use a high gauge number, mine was 12 and i had to keep stripping it)
- Wire cutter and stripper
- wire connectors/tape (up to you how you're going to connect the wires)

just right click save the images if you'd like..

Thanks a bunch all….
I have one thing to add to the whole process.
If you have installed HID's in the fog lights like we have then you know if you have to go to high beam for night time driving the fog's turn off. If you live in rural anywhere the excess on and off of the ignighter will shorten its life, plus the start up time for the bulb for the extra light you might as well leave them off.
If you take the White with Black stripe wire at the fog light switch and cut it and ground the switch wire, cap the other end.
The fog light now stay on with the high beam and the switch will control the fog lights as well, incase the local fuzz don't like you having all the lights on like here in Ontario.

Ok. I did this step by step. And it still doesn't work. The only thing I get that lights up is the green light on the fog switch. Can any one help me out

Sure...witch way did you come in? ROFL

OK, OK...I could not resist!

Do you have a volt-meter? If not, you don't have the right tools to do this job...

All 3 wires go to all the parking light bulbs...one goes to the front of the car, the other to the back, and I didn't take note of where the third one went...it's not important. Pick either of the two larger wires...leave the smaller wire alone. I just mentioned it for information purposes only...just so you know.

Earlier today I performed this mod, plus the separate tweak so that my fogs stay on with highbeams. I just wanted to thank everybody for making it so easy. :-) Piece of cake. Was going to take care of the second reverse light today also but decided to wait . . . I just can't figure out which socket/bulb type I want to use. I'm leaning tentatively towards H8, which uses a 35 watt halogen bulb, but I have other thoughts I'm hashing out now. Fun thoughts, not to be spoiled by sharing . . . yet. ;)

I just installed the FastScion fog kit, but it is not working. I just want them to light up with the switch. Everything is in, except the relay which I did not know where it went. do I just need to install the relay behind the radio for them to work?

Do I have to take te radio out just to install the relay? Could I not just pull the passenger side of the center console and get to it from there?

I got it. I just pulled the radio out enough to plug the relay in and it worked.
Thanks.

Ok, read the whole thread and understand it fine. BUT, if I don't have the fogs installed or hooked up yet would it be easier hooking them up like a set of off road lights with their own wireing and not touching the factory harnesses? Thanks ahead of time, you guys are great!
