Did anyone else pre-order the Kaeon bumper from tctunerz.com? I did and I was told it was supposed to ship on the 14th of March. Well the 14th has come and gone, and no bumper. Does anyone have an update? I tried calling and submitting a "ticket" on the web site but have not received a response. All I want is an update! If it will take another week fine, I just want to know when I will get my bumper. :tap:



p.s. I need a new bumper cause I hit a racoon while going 70mph, and it put a nice hole in mine.

Dude it's only the 15th! I doubt something as large as a bumper is shipped next day (unless that is what you paid for). Just call them again. Besides most of their orders are dropshipped from the distributor of the product not from tCtunerz, your delay is most likely them not tCtunerz.

Good luck with a response it took almost a month to get a response from that ___ clown when I ordered springs and then he failed to tell me they were on back order for 2 months. TCTUNERZ is not a very good company in my opinion because they have crap for customer service.

They are definately not good at "tuning" at all....nor the business aspect of "tuning".. maybe i should start my own business, say I have some products, accept money, and then ''''awww, we dont have that one. it is back ordered, awww". Hey taek, how's my refund coming along. Order 168. In the neighborhood of $754.

Damnn...I ordered a turbo through tctunerz on feb 28. $3550!!!!. Three to four days later, I get an email saying that my order has been shipped, but it never came after one week. So, I called, spoke to a person there once at tctunerz one week after and he said the turbo was to be shipped soon within one week. One week latr, no turbo...I called almost every day and left a message to call me back. NO ONE CALLED BACK. I LEFT MANY EMAILS and dropped many question "tickets" on there website and NO ONE RESPONDED. It's been a freakin month and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. I called scionspeed directly and they said they have NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT for my order from tctunerz yet! WHAT THE FREAK?!!!

I know the turbos are delayed, but tctunerz not sending the payment to scionspeed is rediculous. Even scionspeed cannot contact tctunerz!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only time I spoke was with ***** at tctunerz 1-2 week after the order was made. He told me that tctunerz are the ones who fabricate the turbo kit, and also ships out the turbo kit, but were waiting for some part from china. After talking to scionspeed, this was not the case!!!????? Scionspeed was the ones who actually make and ship the turbo kits. !!!!!!

Just sent a ticket. My credit card has been charged and my bill had come already, just to let you know.

if it would be any better. i just brought this to quicky's attention and he will take care of it.

someone's gonna have a lawsuit on their hands soon.. i'm just reading these posts and getting mad.. it's not right to screw people over like that. you'd better expect to be taken to court sooner or later if you don't clean your/tctunerz' act up. oh, and also, it's not very responsible of duwayne to let all of this crap fall on you, taek. he needs to put out some fires as well. it is his "company".

Wow, I've purchased from TCTunerz before (got Randode's) and got great service(except for the fact I got a shipping confirmation a month after I actually received them). I was planning to do some repeat business but now I'm not so sure, especially with a "D" BBB rating :nails:

I think I'll take my future business to Creative Compacts, they've still got a great rep and have done quite a bit for the tC community. (Not to mention they're local to me, so that's a major plus.)

okay.. so it's been over a month since this kit was supposedly going to be released. aside from the fact that tctunerz is the one producing it, it looks really clean and IMO is the best-looking kit i've seen for the tc yet. is this ever going to be released? also.. why the hell hasn't tctunerz put an update about this kit on their site? way to leave everyone hanging-- especially the people who pre-ordered it.

wow!!!i thought i was the only one..yah i odered tein s-tech springson march26 they said they were shipped 3weeks later never had them so i calle dno one picked up so i wrote them an email and 3 days later someone wrote back and said they were on back order so i was mad..the 1 week later ups shows up and i have my springs weird huh..and i just order my dc sport strut bar 4 weeks ago and i still dont have it and i have tried to call and wrote tons of emails and no one wrote back yet...they should be kicked off line bro....now im heated....:0)
