Plasti Dip Rims
I dont want to sound like a douche to keep saying it, but seriously, I've used the product on my truck. It works great for a while, requires little prep and dry time, and looks BA, but it doesn't last more than a couple months. Especially in the winter.
donsun how are urs and modspeeds holdin up?? well i live in the tip of tx it doesnt get really cold here until january and it doesnt snow its always hot over here. i already bought my plasti dip just waiting on a friend to help me out.
lol well my left side has been on for a week.. i would hope it held up for a week ;P. I gave it a wash with mother's wheel/tire and hosed it down. still hesitant to put it through an automated car wash but i'll do one next week.
I guess what nick says is right. people need to fully understand that this is a temporary mod which was actually more enticing to me when I did it. I'll be switching to aftermarket wheels so I don't mind doing whatever to the stocks

now im just like whatever and i'll be doing it next week anyways. I put it on if it looks like crap i peel it off, if i have to touch it up here and there or just peel and re do it every so often, whatever, that will last me till i get my new rims/tires
can someone photoshop mighty p's car and just change the car color to the cement so i can see how my car will look with the black plasti dip?? moose do u have any pics of ur rims?? how long did they last im doing mine this week i already got the stuff.

Too bad the wheels were from the pic where my rims looked all sunken.
