First gear there is always a high pitch noise... is this normal? (my dog was in the car... i dont breath that heavily :P)

(lol first time i listened to this it sounded to me like i had a weird turbo cuz i go to shift into first and it does the noise then i went back to neutral, thats when the noise stops, then right after my dog starts breathing and it kinda sounds like a bov... least to me... maybe thats sad that i think that, shows how much i want a turbo rofl)
