Bought Acion xA from Toyota dealer with 72,000. No modifications and manual 5 speed trans. Driving around town I am getting 23 MPG! Is this reasonable? IF not what should I be getting? Any thoughts?

you should be getting 32+ mpg city driving...

Clean your MAF and maybe a new air filter !!!

do a tune up!! change spark plugs, air filter, oil and like dubeexb06 said clean the MAF sensor.

And go real easy with that ..RIGHT FOOT !!!

is the xa supposed to get better gas mileage than the xb? i'm assuming it does, because i'm assuming it weighs a bit less, but maybe it doesn't. not sure on that. i get like 26/27 city, but that's more of a guess, because i constantly do 75 percent highway. maybe even closer to 80 percent. i'm getting 31 with 75 percent highway in the xb.

Not sure about the MPG but ..do you have cruise !!
