Dear guys,

I'm thinking to buy Scion xA here in Kazakhstan. Cars are imported from US mostly. Problem is we don't have Scion dealership and therefore parts.

What we do have here is a lot of Toyotas, also right-hand drive JDM toyotas. And they have non-official parts shops, where you can buy OEM parts for 1/2 price.

My concern is, does xA have similar parts to some well-known Toyotas? I know it is "ist" in Japan, but I've not seem to much of them here. We have Yaris, Corolla of course, Avensis, Matrix, Vitz and etc.

What about suspension parts (we have bad roads, so everything's needed some time: all control arms, bushings, etc)? Which models fit?
Brake pads? Engine mounts? Air/oil/fuel filters? Radiator with hoses? Thermostat? Oxygen sensors?

Thanks for any input.

Echo=closest mechanical sharing to xA (most engine and suspension components interchangeable)(front struts slightly different: Echo struts on xA will lower it 1/2")

Very early Yaris = shared fair amount of mechanicals

Vitz=Japanese name for Echo and then Yaris

That's something really good.
