I don't know if my dealer is BSing me, but the only reason I still have the stock Pioneer Head Unit in my car, is because they said the Premium Alpine Head Unit was not compatible with the BlueLogic Bluetooth addon.
Is this true? Anyone have the Alpine unit with bluetooth?
My dealer pretends to know everything, but I've proved them wrong a few times

RTFM...here are the installation instructions for the BlueLogic Hands Free Device
http://www.trdsparks.com/install/PT923-00111tC-inst.pdf (http://www.trdsparks.com/install/PT923-00111tC-inst.pdf)
Here is the listed "Conflicts: JBL Audio, Factory Navigation"
I am not sure if that means that the JBL unit is not compatible or the JBL with navigation is not compatible...but you have the Alpine!

The dealer is wrong because the BluLogic comes standard on all Scion models in Canada (including the Alpine premium units).
It will work just fine in your car, regardless of audio unit.
