Default uneven brake wear

I got these pic off Subaru forum. My old rotors and all the pads looks exactly the same.

I just installed new Stoptech rotors. My (30k miles) Axxis Deluxe pads are raised in the middle, and the rotor shows only pad contact in a center strip as shown in the pics.
Do I need new pads?

I would never put a used pad on new rotors. Leads to bad juju. New pads to new rotors always. OR in the opposite direction, new pads to resurfaced rotors. Both of these lead to even pad/rotor wear, longer life, and better stopping distances.

thanks for the reply. i install Akebono pads today. My some of the old pads raise up in the middle very bad. It have less than 50% of surface contacting the rotor.
