Thinking about going back to a standard shock / lowering spring setup...I have coil overs now, what all will I need to get, just new shocks and springs right, like if I went with some Monroe shocks they would have the needed mounting points for the front, and probably htech springs...its been so long since I traded Sean I don't remember what the basic shock / spring assembly consisted of....

Josh, what shape are them coilovers in? i just picked up anther xB last night, and it's on DF210's. I'd consider swaping if the Tanabes are still decent.

LOL, i did get another last night, but that only makes 2! I would like to have 3, but gonna finish paying off the first one, then i'll get another one. the one i got last night is my "family car". Gonna keep it static and not do anything too crazy.

 

I did the same thing on my Yaris. Went from the Megan Racing coilovers back to a spring/shock combo. Went with Tokico HPs and Tein S-Techs. A much better setup for daily driving (for me). Rides much better, chassis isn't upset by small bumps/cracks on streets, and better quality, too (the paint on my MR coils was peeling off and they were rusting).

 

I'm down for either of your offers, I don't know how great / bad of condition these tanabes are in, I thing I got them with like 50k on them, and I've put atleast that on them.... I know I need to tighten the tophat bolt on the passenger front as it about to come off, but other than that, and the super soft spring rate in the rear, they seem to be in working order, I don't think any of the boots are torn and there's no knocking coming from blown shocks, just the passenger rear every so often when the spring hops off the seat a little, I'm down to meetup with either of you on a weekend (or whenever your available) to let.you inspect them...cliff I'd love the df210's but I have no cash to go with these, looking for straight trade...either of you can hit me back in my cell, if u don't have my # pm me :-)
