This is stock body, but it's lowered..
With stock height, spot light will be bigger... (LED is designed to be narrow angle, so you won't get big rings even if you have stock height..

Ordered mine last night along with the reverse light! Depending on when they come in and how much of a rush I am in I will see if I can take a few pics of the install, but I do think that I have seen an install on here somewhere.

There is two optin
- Drill a hole on the bottom of the side skirt (if there is flat side on the bottom)
- Using bracket that comes with (mostly for people with stock skirts and doesn't have flat area)

This sample shows you how it's mounted on the bottom side of the Five Axis side skirt

^ The stock 2011 xB uses the same rockers. Installation would be the same.

There are many places to mount them, it's not just for the side skirt area..
You can mount them inside the of the car...
You can also mount them on the black cover on the side of the front bumper.. etc..

No it doesn't, it's just a glowing around the spot light..
Halo effect that we are takling about is different then what you are seeing..

these are growing on me! Never used to like them, but want a little extra outside when rolling at night.. not sure red or white.... I have to be legal and all... man.. more $hit on my to do list.

^I bought both color sets, been wanting to put them on lately but something always comes up and save it for another day.

How do you guys route the wiring into the cabin? Is there an access hole that can be accessed without drilling a hole in the pan? I plan to order a set of these when I find out how the wiring is routed.

Im worried since i cant sink them into my rocker panel that the mounts will look weird there.

if you're talking about sinking them in like neek when he removed the stock side skirts and mounted them into the existing holes vs. using the supplied mounting brackets on the actual side skirts then you can't see them using the supplied hardware. mine are just drilled straight on using the brackets.

got mine in december. wiring was simple just took me forever to mount them. i tried being as "precise" as possible. need to go back and tweak a couple of them. Also i have 4 of them that are slightly yellow-ish. needa email LEDMOD to see if there is anything we can do

thats all im worried about. Im on DFs and i know its low but i just didnt want them to be seen. Especially since i have silver. If it was a darker color i wouldnt be worried.
