I am 25 and I am wondering if getting a TRD exhaust would make me look like a ricer. No offense to any one but I don't want a car with the racer boy image.

 

I don't think it does. I have it and love it. It looks almost stock size, but has a nice clean deep sound, not the loud high pitch ricer sound. Just my opinion

 

Yea its not a real loud system and its probably the deepest sounding one out right now.

 

that would be your best bet, if thats what i was looking for i would of gotten the trd myself

 

I hear ya man. I think there is nothing worse then a riced out Civic( no offense to anyone). I just had the TRD exhaust put on my tC because its a much deeper sound. I love it.

I like the deep exhaust sound and clean design of the tip which complements the back of the tC . Also another plus it is made of stainless steel.

I love it, the sound is great and it looks good. Maybe if the tip was a little more rounded rather than and oval shape and slightly bigger. But I dont think it sounds ricey at all.

It sounds expecially deep between 2000-2300rpm.

Not much...they say about 6hp. And, if you want to upgrade the headers also, say with the DC Headers, you get that really ricey sound that everyone seems to hate.

 

So what's the "best" (biggest horsepower gain) exhaust sytem out now for the tC?

 

i have the TRD muffler i think it sounds nice i am like this man i didnt want a ricey rattiling high pitched pep boys exhaust... i like it.
