Ok long story short my headunit on my RS3 stopped ejecting discs so my extended warranty tried to order a replacement but they dont have any so they had to send it in for repair. So today we got the unit back and it ejects but our wireless headphones that came with the car for the DVD player arent playing audio. I know they are synced with the screens because when i cover the inferred lights on the screen the headset gets all fuzzy.

Anyways so my question is is there away a to make this work again. we took it back to the dealer and they are dumbfounded and say that they messed something up when they did the repair.

I really dont want to be without a radio again for 2-3 weeks so anyone know the issue here? Also is it possible they "repaired" my unit by sending out another unit that had an issue?

 

id fight until you get everything fixed! the warranty covers it so they should have to do whatever it takes to get it right!

 

well they are going to fix it, but its too the point im tired of going to the dealer already. My ticket has been open since May waiting for parts and then on the repair. i didnt want to wait a week for the unit to be sent out again, a week for them to fix it and a week to send it back. its ridiculous.

so if i can fix it without them with little effort ill do it

 

Is there a way to resync the head phone to the radio with some kind of button?or can you reset everything so that it resets it self and resynces?Im just tossing out any ideas i have to llok for hope you get it figured it out
