Well, I installed my Borla axle back today. I bought it used off a fella here on scionlife. (Thanks Tony  :) ) Anyway, the install was a snap, as I suspected. I had to use some lubricant spray and a screwdriver to get the muffler off the hangers. Otherwise it was a piece of cake.
I love the sound. I can barely tell the difference inside the cabin, but it's definately deeper outside. No tin can sounds, no rattles, just a nice smooth and deep sound. I'm very impressed!
I can't say anything about the power - my butt dyno isn't calibrated. :) Driving it on the highway today, I'll say that there's more midrange punch at part throttle. It feels smooth and I certainly don't feel a loss in power. I'd imagine at least a few hp to the wheels, but who knows when I'll get the xB on a dyno. Probably never.
I'm pondering getting some 2" piping run from the resonator to the axle back to finish off the exhaust. Hmmm... :lalala:
