Did some browsing this morning (I'm bored, so sue me) trying to see if any posts in here have all the specs of the OEM wheels.

Here's some of the bits I found:

Stock:
18x7.5" +39 Offset = ~5.8" Backspacing
Weight: 26.5lbs w/No TPMS or Tire

Other:
(TRD) 19x8" +35 Offset = ~5.9" Backspacing
(F-Sport Rear) 19x9" +40 Offset = ~6.6" Backspacing
(Enkei RPF1) 18x9.5" +45 Offset = ~7.0" Backspacing

Tires:
225/45R18 The Toyo’s weighed in at 24lbs

Does anyone know the weight of the OEM rims without tires? How about the Yoko's when off the rim?

Just asking as I started looking at replacement rims and how much weight savings I might be able to find.

I weighed my F-Sport wheels before I got them mounted…I’m in Seattle right now and I don’t remember the weights. When I get back into Cincinnati, I’ll post the average weight here...

Other useful specs from the stock rims:
Bolt pattern: 5x114mm
Hub bore: 60.1mm

The average weight of a 19 x 9 F-Sport Full-Face Forged Alloy Wheel (P/N PTR45-30103) is 22.71-lbs. Weights ranged from a maximum of 22.80-lbs to a minimum of 22.65-lbs.

For reference, the average weight of the complete wheel assembly (including; TMPS, balance weights, tire and wheel with no center cap) with Michelin Pilot Sport PS3 in 255/35ZR19 is 49.11-lbs. Weights ranged from a maximum of 49.15-lbs to a minimum of 48.95-lbs.

The Enkei's mentioned above weigh 18.6lbs (according to Enkei specs). With a 255/40R18 Yokohama Advan AD08, fully inflated, they weigh 45.5lbs.

My Stock, with 225/45R18 Bridgestone Blizzak WS70's, inflated weigh in at 51lbs.

According to another thread, the wheels are +35 offset. Where did you get your information?

Isn't that spec sheet for RPF1s? I'm talking about the stock tC2 wheels. I need to know the correct number so I can update the thread.

Cast into the back of the OEM wheel is 39.
TRD wheels are 35.

Remember, I weighed the combined wheel/tire together at 45.5lbs. The tire, according to Yokohama is 27.6lbs. Take that from the combined and you get 17.9lbs. I'd say that the 18.6lbs conservative, not optimistic. Enkei knows how to make light wheels without the need for expensive forging.

1stOne, how much weight went on each wheel to balance them…count both sides for each wheel.

One wheel balanced perfect, so no weights were needed. The other 3 have a couple 0.5-1" strips. I can't "count" per say as they were balanced using 3M's new lead free wheel weight system.

These require a little more size to meet the same weight of traditional lead styles, so if my wheels were balanced using lead, the strips would be smaller.

if i have access to an accurate scale, I can actually weigh the oem wheel for you guys. the dealership curbed one of my wheels and replaced it with a new one, so I have a wheel without tire/tpms just sitting in my living room. know where I can find a scale to use?

Accuracy to within 0.5lbs is enough. No one here is looking for bang on, to the ounce precision.

Just use a house scale, weigh yourself, then weigh yourself holding the wheel. Subtract the two and done!

I suppose so. only issue is we moved recently and got rid of a lot of stuff including the bathroom scale so I'll look for one and try to report back soon. busy this week so I can't guarantee anything real soon. I checked the box to see if there was a shipping weight posted, but no luck.

Too lazy to go to a Kinkos or UPS Store..hugh?
My guess is that that weight is without the TPMS or the center cap…
Can anybody get a hold of a TRD wheel to weigh…I’m looking at the Scion/Toyota guys here on this blog.
