How do I remove the factory fog lights ?

Easiest way is to wrap a rag around a large flatblade screwdriver and pry them out.

 

Yup. put the blade between the light and the bumper, on the inside of the light (not outside, top, or bottom). and pry it out. Easy cheesey.

 

I called the shop and they were able to remove them, I did not bother asking how ?

Hey Superjeer - My box has been out for service for several weeks now, complete make-over ........ I will post some pics when it comes home .......

 

It seems like my fogs are loose in the bumper; sometimes I can see them shake when I hit a bump at night (I can see the reflection of the light shake). Is there anything I can do to minimize this?

 

pdrizzle: Take them out and wrap some electrical tape around the mounting tab on the back part of the light. Not the little plastic things that snap on, but the thing that just fits in the round hole back in the bumper. Take it out and you should see what I mean.
