Hrmmm, Im not sure.
But to get rid of some glare I use meguiar's PLASTIC X. Makes it clean. But in the cold morning there's that haze. : (
My friends also recomended 3M de-oxidizer. Said you can find it at Kragen or any auto parts store, but I never seen it there.

Try replacing or reinforcing the rubber washer/grommit where the bulb connects to the head light housing.

Use a hair dryer :P
Remove the bulb for ventilation and use a hairdryer to heat up the headlight housing. Soon the water will evaporate and escape out of the hole.
It's not a permanent fix, but it works nonetheless :D

No kidding! This should not happen on your car. Make THEM fix it. They might have a TSB or special notice on it.
If you have ANY problems with your car and it is under factory warranty, make the dealership fix it.

Are you still running factory bulbs? If you are, then take it to the dealer for replacement. There may be a hairline crack in the sealant from the light housing to the lens. If not, make sure the rubber gasket around the bulb is snug. If you take it back with aftermarket bulbs in it, then the dealer will blame the fogging on the bulbs. I've been down that road before, so take my word on it, if they can find a way to get out of replacing it based on something you did, then they won't fix it. (not under warranty, any way)

Take the bulb out and hairdryer it.

Turn the low and highbeams on and let it sit like that for a bit, the fogginess should go away, for now..
