no any casino that serves liquor or alcoholic beverages cannot allow people under the age of 21 to be in there. thats why cache creek is no long 18+ its 21+ cuz they now serve alcohol and thundervalley serves alcohol so they are 21+ everytime i go to Jackson the only alcohol i see is people getting drunk in the parking lot... the drinks inside are like soda, iced mochas, and smoothies... all free of course :)

it's a CA law deal. . . dunno if they changed it. . . but any casino that serves alcohol must be 21+, and casino's that are dry can be 18+. . . it's some weird law. . . your comparison to clubs is valid, but remember that indian land is soveign land, and they get "special" rules. Otherwise the cops would be there real quick to bust some illegal gambling.
