Anybody have a BCP with the optional (not aftermarket) 18" wheels and can supply pictures? I am thinking about getting them for mine, but I want to see what it looks like.

I have to say, BCP was about my least favorite color - but some of those pix really changed my mind.
That thing when clean looks wonderful!

Here's two of my afterwash pics. The chamois had a weird oil on it because I didn't wash the chamois(I got it that morning for X-mas) and it left a film. I recleaned it the next day and it looks perfect! Mods are in my profile...

:lalala: $1200, from an SE Hawaii member on these boards. His sn is Daewon. I don't know how much he got 'em for, but he really hooked me up. It came with Kuhmo Ecsta's, 225x40x18. Yeah, it has a Maxis lip in the rear.

I'm dropping it more with either Tein H-Techs or Hotchkis because I like the 1.5-1.7 rear and 1.9 front look... it's even at the fenderwells(unlike the TRD, which sticks out like a sore thumb after I added the rims).

After that, I might go 215x35x18 and stretch it a little... maybe.

Without Marshall at 808, I wouldn't get first cracks at hard to get stuff here in Hawaii, like my cf hood, he also dropped my car, and he's bringing in some Xander wings as well... a few stickers doesn't hurt. :lalala:

^ suggestion!!! Home Depot! gutter section, there is a product calle dGutter Guard. the stuff you get a pepboys is $40. the stuff at home depot is $1.27 a sheet it is long enough and tall enough to do the top and bottem with 2 pices!!!! i did it for mine

his i did over the stock grill just to give it the little honeycomb inside the big honeycomb look! mine is all alone!!!! Hope this helps atleast save money.

And to the lower pic of the 4 fogs lights ?? WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING ??

1. i had a blowout and it cracked my rim and u have to speacial order my rims and its not in yet
2. my lug nuts are too big in the back and the cap wont fit so im not going to have the caps in the front and not in the back
3. 4 foglights? i dont know where ur getting 4 foglights from... i only have 2.... maybe ur seein a reflection?

i did it to be different, but they work out great at night, but dont hate b/c you dont like it! i thought it might be nice to not have the same plain 2 lights like everyone else has!

there have been a few other cars that have had 4 fog lights like the last body style of Firebird had a fron licance plate option that put 2 more lights in the front plate area!

Looking for some feedback on what % tint I should get... Kinda last minute to be asking, but I'm going to get it done in 2 days and since you guys own BCPs, just looking for your guys/girls opinions.. thanks :)

Basically any % is illegal in this state.. legal is 70% or something ridiculous like that... so I'm not worried about it being legal or whatnot.. I would like it somewhat dark (I'm thinking like 20%?)

Mine is 20% and it looks great. It's easy to see out of at night too, which is what I was really concerned about before I got tint.

Decided to go with 20%.. Going to pick it up in about an hour.. Can't wait to see how hot she is!

I think the Kaminari is freakin amazing... but I kinda want something a little different... and a little less expensive... I love some of the lip kits they have for the tC but I need to completely replace my front bumper due to a couple accidents (NOT my fault!) so obviously they won't work...

People were questioning the fitment on that thread, but I know the owner of an body shop who has worked on a few of my uncles cars and they came out perfect...

I'm not worried about matching the color flawlessly... He also worked on my uncles gf's infiniti g35... Somebody keyed her car like a couple weeks after she got it... It's not your typical black/silver/white... it's a unique color (I've only seen it a couple times, can't remember now what it is...) But it looked brand new when she got it back...

Soooo I'm back for more feedback... need to get new rims/tires.... any suggestions for the BCP?

Lots of rims look good on the BCP tC. It just depends on what theme you want to go with. If you would like to go with a darker theme, then anthracite, black or gunmetal would look good. If you want a lighter look, go with silver, bronze or gold. I'm going with a black or anthracite with a polished/chrome lip because that matches my new two-tone. :)
Go browsing through the wheels and tires picture thread. It's mostly FM and BSP but there are some BCPs in there that will give you a good idea of what you would like on your tC. Happy hunting! :)

i will post pics of my tc after its gets fixed so give me some time...I <3 my BCP dropped on hotchkis with orange under glow...just i dont like the way these orange LEDS glow..i might change em im not sure but i will pose pics.

So because I have nothing better to do on my day off, I just spent the last 4-5 hours going through all 46 pages of 'post pics of your rims' thread... and various other websites...

I've narrowed it down to 2...

Kyowa Racing KR206 or KR228
18s in black w/polished lip


What do you think? And anybody know how good this brand is?

I like the 228 better because I also like the Motegi DP10. They are both pretty similar. I don't know how good the Kyowa brand is, but either rim will be a good choice.

Stay away from the Hybrid 2 because I'm putting it on my BCP. :flame:
Joking, I've been waiting for the kit but it looks like they are still not ready. The last I was told is that they will be available mid February. :tap: Date seems to get kicked back every time I call. The back is ugly as hell but I'm all set since I have he Kaminari rear. You may see if they would exhange the rear for the BC 2 rear. Much cleaner and not as expensive as the Kaminari.

I LOVE THE CHERRY BLACK COLOR. SINCE THE FIRST DAUY I SAW THAT COLOR I FELT INLOVE WITH THE CAR. IM WAITTING UNTILL MAY TO BUY THE CAR. THE ONLY THING THAT I WANT TO PUT ON IT IS A NAVIGATION SYSTEM, BUT IM AFRAID THAT ONCE I PUT IT I CANT USE THE BUTTONS ON MY STEERING WHEEL TO CHANGE SONGS. I'LL ALSO LIKE TO PUT THE NEON LIGHTS IN RED, BUT THEY ONLY SELL IT FOR SCION XA, AND XB. THE ONCE THAT BRINGS THE TC ARE BLUE AND YELLOW WHICH IT WILL NOT MATCH WITH THE OUTSIDE. THAT SUX :doh: WELL IM GLAD THAT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE INLOVE WITH THE TC AND THE COLOR. :silly:

i really think they stand out on the car and make the car look much better .. :)

nice...but what about the CF rear caps? it would look soooooo much cleaner. But, it does look good...love the rims too!

i didnt like the look of the rear caps at all .. i felt that the full rear lip fitted the car more .. and i wanted to limit how much c/f i put on the car .. i may eventually get a c/f rear hatch .. but i feel that the painted pieces go well .. and the front lip is a nice accent ..

good job though, way to keep it clean man!

so I'm in LOVE with your tail lights!!!!!! where did you get them! JEALOUS!!!!

I got them done at a place called underground tinting in Bohemia, NY. They're vinyle overlays and the guy cut out the reverse light circles as per my request. You live kinda far away but what the hell www.undergroundtinting.com

awesome!! thanks a ton. I was looking at getting the "standard" Euro lights... but I've seen pictures and I don't like them on the BCP ones. Plus I have "smoke" mirror tint on the windows, so it makes the car look darker than normal as with most tint.... but yeah.. Thanks tons again!!!! <3

NP! I just called a local tint shop my friend reccomended and asked if they did vinyle overlays. The guy said no but he reccomended underground. I went in checked it out, he showed me pics of stuff he had done, he gave me a decent price and I bit. Haha so yeah I got 20% all around with a 6" strip in the front, he did the tails and heads the way you see them in the picture. I got that with a lifetime warranty on it for $240.

Dude I need to see some better pics of your headlights. They look sweet what did you do? Oh and the debadged scion emblem what was the process you used to do that?

sorry for the late post, just saw that you were talking to me. i have a new set of headlights i did up also. gonna try HID's in them and if i like them they will stay. i paid a paint shop to do the debadging. they fill the hole with glass, sand it down and spray it out. heres the pics , dont mind the new ones, they have the wrong bulbs in the eyebrow and sidemarker so the color is not orange. enjoy.

which bulbs? headlight bulbs or halo bulbs? im assuming halo bulbs because my headlights are not on in either photo. the white ones are ragehalos and the blue/purple ones are 80mm UV computer fan cathodes.

they actually are purple, the camera doesnt process UV light. you can use any computer fan that is 80mm with cathode tubes on it..

a darker bergundy color. just make sure you take ur time on it, take it to a shop and get it done right.

I stumbled on this baby after I totaled my previous car. Apparently the previous owner's wife didn't like his choice of car purchase and made him git rid of it in favor of a family car. I got it for $2k less than blue book with only 3,800 miles on it. Not a mark on it anywhere.

redrumtc i think the car looks good the inside is a lot better but with all the graphics the outside looks way to cluttered and doesnt flow at all.

YES it is....I had DUB/TIS wheels....didn't like the look, so I decided to go with a more subtle wheel setup...

Those are 20" wheels....I'm not like some folks who put the badge on a car with 18s....8)

I got bored with the stock 17s....and 18s are TOO common....19s were cool...but I liked the 20s b/c I liked the look overall...plus, too many folks are scared/worried to go with 20s because of fender rubbing, transmission damage, curb rash, etc.
(I've never had these issues, even with my TRD drop)

I like the uniqueness of 20s.....but I do respect your opinion, it does float my boat :P

It made me nervous too at first, but I love it now!

how do you guys keep your front bumpers so nice and clean with no chips? i live in california and my front bumper looks like crap.

i try to avoid time for it to happen...but my hoods is lightly chipped you just cant see in pictures...
