I'll be damned.... I could have swore that there were 3 or 4 squirrels in there. Hmmmm... guess I'll have to rethink my engine upgrade plans

i have to replace my fuel rail. so i had to take off the valve cover since there was a hard line.

he's putting in a bigger wheel for the rats...moved up from mice...

notice there are no adjustments to make on the valves...
if you get some slop in the valves, you have to remove the cam and change the lifter to a diff thickness...
makes me worry about future maint.

whoo...i finished. went to toyota and it seems as if that part is supposed to be a "one time deal" it is sold as 2 parts but serviced as one. they dont have a tool. i took your advice on the wire method and it worked fine. the first one went on the first try and the second one took me like 30 minutes. according to toyota "even if you get it off and exchange it, it will leak" riiite...i checked...it doesnt. primed it and turned it on, everything works fine. take that toyota service department

oh yea...and i got 5 more rat power

5 more rat power...what sticker did you use???

one time use my arse...but thats why they put that rib there. so the tools don't work...

did you use wd-40 (or like product) on it when putting it back together.
