Default passing emission with boost

I'm thinking of moving to the Atlanta area I was wondering what do all the boosted people out there do to pass emission. Out here in MD we don't get any visual tests done just get obdII and if you don't have a CEL you pass whether you have a cat or not it doesn't matter. Just looking for some help as to what some of you guys have done thanks

Default emissions regs

What do you think about hitting the Atlanta forums and
finding some ads from folks who work on "off-road only" conversions
or even turbo installations in general?

Ask them about emissions regs. My guess is that folks in the business will know the rules.-Bob

The general metro ATL area does have emissions testing, via tailpipe or OBD II depending on year. The visual inspection is supposed to happen but does not mean it does. If you have the mid pipe with the cat in it, you might still be good. Or if you have the Dezod turbo kit, I think they make a catted downpipe and then you're good regardless.
