just remove intercooler pipes and find oil helppp
Oil in the pipes means your seals are starting to get weak. Right now its not bad but you will need to take care of it soon and save your turbo and yourself headaches. A catch can would help and it depends on the manufacture of the unit.
If its a official manufacture like Precision or Turbonectics you can send it to them for service and it might cost 150-200 but I'm not sure.
Or you can buy a rebuild kit and do it yourself if its a Turbonectics unit.
If it's a ebay turbo I suggest you start looking for a new turbo now because those turbo's don't come with the proper serial numbers or specs to match a rebuild kit and will not work properly if you do try and re-build it.
So if you have real turbo call the maker and ask how much to service it.
If it's a china-charger start looking for a new turbo.

if you have oil in the IC pipes your seal on the compressor side is going you are probably smoking just not enough to notice. a light coat isnt uncommon but if you are getting pooling in the pipes its dead. at this point your options are rebuild or buy a new one
Dude, just listen to what we're saying. I used to have a ZPI stage 0, my turbo seal was going out and I had the same exact issue. Your car is going to run just fine because the turbine is just leaking oil. Like Syldrin said, it may not be enough smoke to notice, but it's going out. The most common reason for oil to be building up in your IC pipes is the turbo seal.
Try this out, pull that hose loose and plug the port on the pipe. Wipe the intake pipe clean. If oil shows back up in the pipe after a few miles then you have either bad seals or oil return line issues. If oil doesn't show up then it's likely you have some blowby. Good luck and happy boosting!
Or now is a really good time to throw in a good upgrade! Pick yourself up a good BB Gt series turbo and keep your other around after a rebuild as a spare. This, is just an idea maybe safe yourself some down time.
Oh and you may want to check to see if you didn't put that oil return a little low in that pan.
