what is the best muffler for my car? i see a whole bunch out there, but don't really know which one to go with

 

best $$ or best sound? or best look? or best performance?

they're all pretty much the same HP wise.. i say do a custom.. you can get a catback that way, instead of the axleback..

 

yep with custom you get whatever look you want be it puffler , pipe , tip(s) , or canister type , you can also control the loudness , from stock to screaming , it's both the most logical and the cheapest way to go.

pick up a nice muffler, i like apex N1 and blitz SUS mufflers, and build a custom exhaust at a good exhaust shop. a professionally built custom exhaust will yield pretty nice power gains
