Yes, it comes with a manual full of pictures. They are in black and white so some stuff takes a double look to figure out, but all and all it is a very easy install for the cable bushings. I am not sure if the cable bushings will work or fit with the TRD quick shifter installed, because they go in pretty much the same place.
As for the base bushings, they will surely have instructions too. I ordered the full kit and the base bushings came with it, along with full instructions. The base bushings install is a bit more time consuming because you have to remove the entire center armrest/cup holders/shifter boot/brake boot ect ect. But, the instructions I recieved where very detailed and made it easy.

Received this today and got it installed right away. The instructions helped A LOT. I was surprise I had to remove so many center console pieces to have the base bushing replaced. Other than that it was pretty awesome. No clips were broken during the install!
