Default Interior LED...HELP ME!

ok 1: i tryed the search option and nothing. so Dont come on here to flame me!

so here is what happend. i got my LEDs for interior of my TC

3 LEDs for the front LED and 1 for the Back dome.

i went to take out the Center LED in the front and i guess i accidentally twisted and tried to pull the bulb out but the actual inset that the bulb connects to pushed up and went into the casing. (the grey plastic area around the lights and roof control.
HOW DO I TAKE THAT GRAY PLASTIC OFF? are there clips? if anyone can help me or send me a link to images PLEASE HELP

Wooo! OK im finished! it looks sweet the way i have it set up. when the door(s) open i have it where the front and rear domes both shine BLUE LED. the Right and Left map lights in the front are Bright White LED. it gives it a feel. if you want Blue front and back i can have that. or bright white in the car that too.

thanks for help on the control panel. i went ***** out and just yanked and it came out! something i never wanna do again.
