Default Warm Start problem

I installed a dezod S1 kit a few weeks ago. When I cold start my car turns on like factory no problems. When I turn on the car after taking a short 10 min trip to the store it takes way longer, like 10 turns sometimes more. Any ideas on what needs adjustment or is this just part of boosting a TC? I have 550 injectors, stock fuel pump and AEM FIC on a 07 tc.

It keeps cranking then eventually starts. Usually have to twist the key for about 10 seconds. This only happens after its warmed up. Any info would be much appreciated.

this is a common issue with the fic. i have the same issue. idk if its something with the tune or if its just some sort of issue between the ecu and fic. i know some of the big dogs will most likely chime in if they know a resolution. some people say to rev it up and clear out the excess fuel after letting the car idle down, but this doesnt really work in my case. the thing is u may not be able to add or subtract fuel due to the fact that it may mess around with ur stft. this has stumped me since day one.

Richen up tune on FIC from 0-1000 RPMS and load from 14 PSI down to 6 or so. Just add a touch of fuel and be done.

Also adjust your voltage clamp on the MAF there too.

Your tuner(s) should make this quick change for free.

I agree with Paul. I had the same exact problem before but I changed my tune to zero correction in the same load boxes above and that fixed my problem.

so basically ur adding more fuel via fuel map and decreasing the maf voltage to lean it out a bit?

update: did as paul suggested and richened the tune. Starts a whole lot better now. I'm very happy with the kit car runs great.
