Is there anyway i can get hd radio or the titles/artists on the screen when im listening to the radio? Thanks

No
You need a deck that supports Radio Data System (aka RDS) to show the song info. Most aftermarket decks support this and HD Radio but some don't so make sure you check out the features before you buy.

The Scion upgrade radio supports this feature.
