ok i purchased a soundstream vdvd160 from da spot car audio in san jose,ca... i bought this and the rest of my video from them back in nov or so...it took me 1-2 months jsut to get my stuff ..anyways i bought a soundstream vdvd160 and it has broke on me 3 times ill be sending it in now to soundstream so it will be my 4th unit...i tred to have da spot help me but the guy is an _______ and is basically a guy who helps till he's got your money then it up to you person...it take's him 2 weeks plus frustration to get a new dvd player verytime i tell him he give me a bs staement like are you getting the unit wet .pushing the buttons to hard etc etc...so now im hopeing that soundstream will step it up...so far they havent..the tech guy ernie is not being very nice...im ready to post everywhere not to buy soundstream...any one else have this problem were the buttons dont work on the face anymore..i have the unit in the pocket ..any help or comments????
