After looking over my schedule I just realized that three of the sports car clubs in North Carolina are having their novice school on the same day this year. March 17th the Central Carolina Region SCCA will be hosting one in Charlotte, the North Carolina Region SCCA will be hosting one in Cherry Point NC, and Tarheel SCC will be hosting theirs in Danville VA (about 4 miles over the boarder). If you've ever wanted to give Autocross a try this would be a great opportunity to try it out and get some instruction from some very skilled drivers without the pressure of an actual competition event.
