Is there an under dash panel for the Xb for both driver and passenger sides, perhaps installed in other markets like Japan, that extends from the bottom of the dash to the firewall?

I'm installing some sound deadening in the area to address engine and road noise, and it looks like the bottom side of the dash has a ridge along the edge where a panel would otherwise fit into.

Other cars I've had all had this under dash panel, and I noticed that the panel lowers engine noise quite a bit.
