Default Size...

The rims are 18" and the tires are 245/40/18... with (I think) +40 offset. I'll have to get better pics from different angles.

I just ordered some lowering springs that should take it down about 1.7".

I think the silver has an ok look to it for now, but I was considering something silver and white, or just white, and I might even go orange later. Eventually i want to add the body kit and get that done in orange.

They look much better than I expected. For some reason some rimms just dont look right on the iQ. It's a shame that you have drum brakes at the rear, but the front discs just look lost in those rimms now. ;)

yeah Dfish... I think motorcycles have bigger discs that this thing. =O

The back is weird too because the drum is so little that it almost looks like there are no brakes back there.

Maybe someday I can figure out what it will take to get the rear brakes from one of the Toyota IQs and fit them on somehow. One thing at a time I suppose.

Honestly, I can still stop plenty fast enough, and I use the downshifting on the transmission if need be. If this car were faster these brakes wouldn't cut it, but any change to them would be more for aesthetics, and I don't think many people expect to see some fancy racing disks on a car like this... in my case it would actually just be adding more weight that I don't want =P

Thanks Kevrok. I wasn't planning on keeping them, but it seems a lot of people like them so far. Eventually I'm going to paint them orange and fill the blemishes.
