Default sorry for thread but i know more read this,

i need help with the fuel pump install on our xb! Please read the post over in the drivetrain and power xb2, if you can help would really appreciate the input!

Hey Dustin, I didn't forget... I was visiting my folks. Here is the what Cory James did with his fuel pump. Not the neatest job but he managed to fit twin Walbro 255LH pumps into the hacked oem housing to feed E85 to his boosted ~400bhp XB.

If you follow his photobucket link you'll find a lot more photos of the setup. Also, when we spoke recently I forgot to mention that your build should require fuel system upgrades and possibly a MAP sensor module for your Unichip. The oem MAS is 5V max and reads 3.9V max oem and 4.5V max on my 6 psi modestly boosted engine. Once you exceed the MAS 5V limit you may need an external MAP sensor to read the addtional MAF. You mentioned 15 psi and IMO that exceeds what the oem MAS can read.
