Aftermarket 6CD changer and the stock Scion HU

Is the stock single cd player able to control one of those aftermarket 6 CD changers that are made for stock HUs

Does anyone have a picture of the back of the unit. I can probably tell by looking at the connectors.

the only way to do it would be with an FM modulator. A CD changer wont plug int othe stock stereo.
